Wow. I got myself a passport wallet insert and it turned out to be even more stunning than I expected. The green hue is just beautiful. Their packaging feels like receiving a little gift from a buddy, I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. Plus, I’m really impressed with their customer service. Even with the distance, my order arrived in a pretty timely manner, and when FedEx had trouble locating my package, I contacted Galen leather and got a quick reply. "Awesome Support from Galen Leather"
Back in March 2022, I picked up a Scricks Vintage 33. Unfortunately, I ended up breaking the feed on it, but hey, that was on me, not the pen. Honestly, this little guy was one of my top picks and always made it into my daily use. I reached out to Galen's to see if I could snag a replacement feed or at least get some pointers on where to find one. Within just a few hours, Yunus got back to me and they’re sending me a brand new pen! Now that’s what I call service. I’ll surely keep shopping at Galen Leather.

Honestly, browsing the site and placing my order was a breeze. I could've easily gone overboard since there was so much that caught my eye. Today, my package arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get the special edition pen I ordered, but also a leather slip for a single pen, a key fob made of leather, a sample of Turkish coffee, a tea sample, a refreshing lemon-scented towel, an evil eye charm, and a 10% discount voucher for my next purchase, all packed in a zipped cloth pouch. Seriously, what more could I want?
